Why I Became a Coach
Nearly a decade ago, I was living in burnout—mentally exhausted, physically stressed, emotionally drained, and spiritually depleted. Searching for relief, I turned to prayer, yoga, mindful breathing, walking, journaling, and nourishing my body. Then, after the unexpected loss of my spouse, I faced deep depression and anxiety. One day at a time, through self-care and resilience, I began to heal and grow into the woman I am today.
Along the way, I discovered the power of community and support in sustaining lasting change. By making myself a priority, I was able to retire in 2022, and six months later, return to the Midwest after more than 30 years in California. I understand life transitions because I have lived them—and they are the foundation of my coaching practice.
My coaching philosophy is that clients do not need fixing. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where you are heard, encouraged, and held accountable as you create meaningful change in your mind, body, and spirit. I believe you are already whole and complete, with the wisdom within you to create the life you desire.
Together, we clarify where you are, where you want to be, and build a step-by-step plan to help you move forward with confidence, balance, and purpose—now and into your next chapter.
